(1) The meeting of the committee shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the committee.
(2) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting will be considered.
(3) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman of the committee and in his absence, a member chosen by the members of the committee from among themselves shall preside over the meeting. ॥ Amended by the Seventh Amendment. 1 Added by Second Amendment. 13 (4) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting may cast the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the meeting of the committee shall be verified by the secretary of the committee and kept up to date.
(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
